Deliveries & Returns

Deliveries

Currently we only offer one method of delivery:

Standard Delivery

Expected time of delivery: 2-7  Days

We always do our best to accommodate any delivery requests such as specific delivery times and dates, but this may not always be possible.

Once you complete an order with us, and payment has been made, or a payment plan has been agreed for the order, we will make arrangements to deliver your order.

You may be contacted about the delivery date and timeslot, prior to delivery, by one of our drivers or one of our third party couriers responsible for delivering your parcels.

Please ensure you are present for the delivery, as orders may need to be signed for upon delivery to indicate that you are satisfied with the products.

Please be aware that expected times of delivery are not guarantees that we will be able to deliver within that time. Sometimes, due to circumstances outside our control, it may take longer.

Returns

You have 30 days after the delivery date to change your mind on any purchases you have made with us. If you wish to return goods, please understand that they must be in an unused, undamaged condition and in their original undamaged packaging so that we are able to re-sell them.

Additionally, items shipped sealed to you must remain sealed. Items damaged whilst in your possession cannot be refunded. If you wish to exchange items you have bought with us, please contact us. The cost of delivery is to be covered by the customer unless there is a manufacturing fault with the item provided.

It is important to note that you, the customer, are responsible for all delivery costs for returning items, unless they are faulty on delivery.

Please be patient – refunds can take up to 5 days. If you have not received your refund by this time, please contact us, and we will investigate.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE WE ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE OUR CUSTOMERS’ NEEDS, IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR TAKING DELIVERY AT THE AGREED DATE, TIME AND LOCATION, THEN A RE-DELIVERY CHARGE OF £40 WILL BE APPLIED TO COVER OUR TRANSPORTATION COSTS.THIS FEE MUST BE PAID BEFORE A RE-DELIVERY IS ATTEMPTED. HOWEVER, YOU ARE WELCOME TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER AT OUR SHOWROOM, WITHOUT INCURRING THIS RE-DELIVERY CHARGE – JUST LET US KNOW YOUR INTENTIONS BY CALLING US ON OUR PHONE LINE AND GIVING US AN INDICATION OF YOUR DATE AND TIME OF ARRIVAL.
